CORPORATE DONATION MATCHING AND VOLUNTEER GRANT PROGRAMS
Does your employer offer donation matches or volunteer grant programs for non-profits? If so, you can double (and sometimes triple!) your donations to the PTO! It can be fairly easy to claim a matching gift or volunteer grant. Contact us for help!

Corporate matching gifts are donations made by a company to a nonprofit that an employee has already supported. Employers often advertise their matching schemes around events like Giving Tuesday, but generally offer matching for donations all year round. However, they may offer greater matching deals on certain days e.g. 2:1 on Giving Tuesday.

Volunteer grant programs ("Dollars for Doers") allow companies to make monetary donations to nonprofit organizations where their employees regularly volunteer. Your time spent volunteering at the Fund Run, Sweetheart Dance or Art and Science week
can also bring back dollars to the PTO!
